Monday’s episode (8 September) sees Aaron seize his chance as he tries to flee from the remote cottage where he’s been staying with John for a couple of weeks.
Just when it looks like Aaron might make his getaway in the car outside, John prevents his departure – continuing to express concern for his husband’s wellbeing after his supposed “seizure”. What will Aaron do next?

Meanwhile, Wednesday’s episode (10 September) sees John’s half-sister Victoria drawn into the drama as Paddy Dingle tries to share his suspicions.
Finally hearing Paddy’s story first-hand, Victoria is alarmed to learn just how concerned the local vet is over John’s welfare.
Paddy has been interacting with John via a local helpline service in recent weeks, but has only just figured out who he’s been speaking to.
After a failed attempt to contact John, worried Victoria urges Paddy to help her search for him…
Of course, fans know that all of this barely scratches the surface when it comes to next week’s dramatic episodes.
Fans can expect a high-stakes cliffside showdown for John, Aaron and Robert Sugden, culminating in a shocking twist…
“They’re at a cliff edge, and John has run out of places to go!” Ryan Hawley, who plays Robert, recently told us.
“It’s either confess to his murders – and watch his husband run off with his half-brother – or it’s take Aaron over the cliff with him. The spiteful, dark-hearted character that John is, he chooses the second option so no-one else can win.”
