After the truth came out and Luna was arrested for murder and kidnapping, Dollar Bill used his connections to get her out of prison and eventually got her murder charges dropped.
Bold and Beautiful viewers know that Bill Spencer genuinely cared about Luna Nozawa and he clearly believed that she had changed her ways.
Bill may have been manipulated by the Il Giardino Killer, but he’s still responsible for her being back out on the streets. Should Bill have to face the music if Luna kills anyone else?
We know that Luna Nozawa is planning to murder Steffy Forrester, Bill’s entire family will turn on him if he inadvertently causes her death.
