Emmerdale Mack star admits ‘I’m glad’ as his fate is confirmed in terrifying pic

Emmerdale actor Lawrence Robb has admitted he’s “glad” that Mackenzie’s story isn’t over yet. Last month, Mack (Lawrence Robb) was seemingly killed by John Sugden (Oliver Farnworth) after a chase through the woods. It was confirmed that Mack was still alive and being held captive by John, and now the ITV soap have released a haunting new photo.

In it, a dishevelled Mack can be seen chained up in a dark shack and hooked up to an IV. It’s yet to be seen how his storyline will end, but his current situation is a far cry from what his loved ones think is happening.

His wife Charity (Emma Atkins) believes he’s gone away to London. But will he be discovered any time soon?

“Whilst I have enjoyed being somewhat of en enigma over that time, I’m really looking forward to seeing how the drama we shot is received on screen.

“Both Ollie and I really enjoyed shooting it, so hopefully the jeopardy of Mack’s position will keep the audience gripped!”

The drama continues this week, and Lawrence is set to appear on ITV’s Lorraine today (September 1) to talk about it.

Meanwhile, fans have been left theorising about what could happen, and many think he’ll be found and taken to safety.

Some reckon that Bear Wolf (Joshua Richards) could find Mack.
