The drama at General Hospital is reaching new heights as Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sophia Mattson) begins to
question Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) motives. Jason urges Sasha not to move out of the Quartermaine mansion,
which leaves her suspicious. Why does he want her to stay so badly? Sasha wonders if it’s part of keeping up the baby
daddy lie—or if Jason simply enjoys having her around.
Sasha later connects with Danny Morgan (Asher Antonysan), who knows Jason isn’t actually the father of her unborn child. Danny reassures Sasha that he won’t reveal the truth. Sasha appreciates his role in the cover-up and they share a moment over cake pops gone wrong.
Meanwhile, Jason gets a 911 text from Nina Reeves, pulling him away before Sasha can dig deeper. Nina’s message sends him rushing to Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) place, just in time to stop a confrontation from spiraling out of control.
At Drew’s, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) loses control and blasts Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) for moving Michael Corinthos’ children into Drew’s home. Carly is furious and even tries to slap Willow, but Jason steps in and stops her just in time.
Willow is heartbroken after the confrontation. Drew comforts her and defends her choice, especially after she admits she’s in love with him. This surprises Drew, but also solidifies their bond as a couple.
Carly isn’t backing down. She tells Willow she’ll fight for Michael’s kids if he can’t be there himself. Carly calls Willow a manipulator and compares her to Nelle, which pushes Willow to the edge. Nina silently observes, texting someone as tensions rise.
Over at the Camain mansion, Sasha and Jason talk honestly. Sasha tells Jason she needs to prove she can do this alone. Jason admits he hoped she would stay—both for family and for Monica’s sake, who’s struggling not having Michael’s kids around.
Elsewhere, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) confronts her granddaughter Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braden Bruner) about her secret past. Anna reveals she’s already unsealed Emma’s records through the WSB and knows the real reason behind her expulsion.
Emma confesses the truth: the party she got kicked out for was a cover story. She and friends broke into a lab to free animals from testing. The situation spiraled out of control, a security guard was hurt, and she was forced to sign an NDA to avoid arrest.
Anna is disappointed but understands Emma’s intentions. Emma expresses deep regret and says she wanted to fight injustice like her grandmother. Anna tells her it’s okay to stand up for what’s right, but it must be done with planning, skill, and awareness of consequences.
Meanwhile, Jocelyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) gets deeper into her WSB mission. She confronts Fawn Bryce (Dery) about why she was recruited. Fawn insists she has a task to complete—get close to Professor Dalton and become his research assistant.
Jocelyn learns this assignment is crucial and there are no second chances. Fawn tells her that from now on, she’s not just a student—she’s an agent. Her life is about to change, and she needs to fully commit to the mission ahead.
In the medical world, Kai Taylor (Yens Austin Astrop) has made a major decision. At the Surf Lodge, he tells Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) that he’s going to have the surgery and try to play football again. He doesn’t want to wait or let others decide his future.
Trina is concerned—both about the risks of the surgery and the fact that Drew is the one funding it. Despite her trust issues with Drew, she understands Kai’s passion for the game and agrees to support him no matter what happens.
Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) later warns Kai to be cautious. He points out Drew’s shady actions and tells Kai that if Drew can betray his own family, he could easily do the same to him.
Trina heads to see her mother, Dr. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), and informs her that Kai has decided to move forward with the surgery without her medical opinion. This concerns Portia, who’s been skeptical of Drew’s involvement.
Portia doesn’t waste time—she calls Brad and demands all of Drew’s medical records, including the Jake Doe files from a decade ago. Brad resists, but Portia threatens his job, so he agrees to deliver the files.
Meanwhile, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) shocks Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) with legal advice. Alexis reveals that Kristina may have tampered with Ava’s brakes, leading to a crash that injured Rick and Liz.
Diane says the only way to protect Kristina is to have her involuntarily committed. Alexis is heartbroken, but Diane says this could reduce charges and offer Kristina a chance at mental health treatment instead of prison time.
Though Alexis fears losing her daughter’s trust—and Sonny’s support—Diane convinces her it’s the best move. In a tearful moment, Alexis agrees. As the secrets unravel across Port Charles, lives and relationships are being pushed to the brink.
